Staff member Kamini was rude, unhelpful, and had an attitude while speaking to me. Our patient had passed away, and I was trying to complete the payment process I had made an NEFT payment of ₹1 on the day of admission, but it took 4 days for the accounts department to confirm it. When I went to inquire, Kamini was not available. Later, when she was present, she told me to wait and said she would update me — but she never did Thankfully, a senior staff member in the billing department listened to my concern and resolved it within 30 seconds. I really appreciate his quick response.
